>		 One of the often mentioned benefits of open source is the ability for users to fix bugs themselves, which may leave people who aren't programmers feeling left out. But with standard linux tools, tracking down a bug in common Linux programs may be easier than you think.

Mozilla developer Akkana Peck will discuss the process of describing a bug, searching the source code to pinpoint the problem, then either fixing the bug, or filing a detailed report which will help developers in finding a fix.
